For a century, the Red Cross has been helping people save lives through Preparedness and Health and Safety training. Red Cross training can give you the skills and confidence to act in an emergency. The Red Cross offers courses for:

individuals (you and members of your community)
workplaces
professional rescuers and healthcare providers

Payment Information

Instructors are not able to accept registration or payment on the day of the class. To ensure the proper student-to-instructor ratio, registration must be completed in advance of the class, and payment is due at the time of registration. VISA, Mastercard, American Express accepted. Cash, check or money order transactions accepted in advance at a Grand Canyon Chapter office location.

Please note: We have made some price adjustments for our courses, effective July 1, 2010.

Refund and Class Transfer Policy

Refunds will be allowed if more than TWO (2) full business days (Monday - Friday) of notice is given prior to the first class date, subject to a $10 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued with less than TWO (2) business days' notice.
A participant may transfer ONE (1) time only to another regularly scheduled class without penalty. If the transfer is requested with less than FIVE (5) days notice, a $10 processing fee will apply.
No refunds will be issued after a transfer is made.
No refunds or transfers will be issued to participants that fail to show up for the class or do not sussessfully complete the course.
To cancel or transfer to another class, you must contact the registration line during business hours, by phone at 1-800-842-7349 ext. 26490, or e-mail at registration@arizonaredcross prior to the allotted time. Business office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Duplicate Course Certification Cards

If you have lost your certification card and would like to request a duplicate, send an e-mail with your full name, address, phone number and the name of course you require a duplicate card for to information@arizonaredcross.org or call 602-336-6660 and press 0. Duplicate cards are not issued for classes in which certification has expired. The duplication fee is $7.00 per card.
